1. Services

More Than Clean Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and custom cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Appointments

All appointments must be scheduled through our website, Jobber booking system, phone, or approved communication channels. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation.

3. Pricing

Prices are based on property size, condition, and selected service type. Additional fees may apply if the job requires extra time, heavy-duty cleaning, or services not initially disclosed.

4. Payments

Payment is due at completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, or electronic payments through our system.

Late or failed payments may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Access to Property

Client must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

7. Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied, you must report issues within 24 hours after service completion. We may offer a re-clean at our discretion.

8. Liability

We take care to protect your property, but we are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
Fragile items not disclosed
Items not properly secured

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate conditions.
